Leads RTX’s enterprise Change Excellence strategy, methodology, tools, standards, and capability-building programs. Advises executives and transformation teams, manages vendors, assesses portfolio interdependencies and people impacts, and drives adoption of complex organizational changes. Builds training, frameworks, maturity models, and measurable change roadmaps while leading change practitioners and strengthening enterprise change maturity across a global, matrixed organization.

Leads digital technology operations at an onsite aerospace facility, serving as the primary escalation point between enterprise technology teams, local leadership, vendors, and production environments. Oversees infrastructure reliability, security, compliance, audit readiness, hosting costs, service-level performance, technology deployments, and maintenance. Coordinates network, wireless, facility, conference room, machine installation, collaboration, telecommunications, and security initiatives while advocating for site priorities and ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.

Design, develop, and deploy integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and Managed File Transfer. Coordinate with SAP and non‑SAP teams, define BTP governance/best practices, produce technical documentation, and troubleshoot production integration issues.
