Supports the development of retail merchandising concepts and visual experiences for Lowe’s stores. The intern will create visual concepts, presentations, mockups, and design materials; evaluate store environments; research retail and design trends; and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, design, space planning, and operations teams. The role combines creative design thinking with retail strategy, customer experience, product presentation, and operational feasibility.

Supports product performance, durability, and safety testing in Lowe’s QA Test Lab. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.

Leads the Digital Brand Advocate program, improving brand-focused online customer experiences, product content, search visibility, promotions, assortment, inventory, and conversion. Manages supplier and merchandising relationships, analyzes customer behavior and KPIs, develops strategic plans, oversees complex cross-functional projects, supports digital and IT optimization initiatives, and coaches Brand Advocates. The role researches and resolves financial issues, maintains supporting documentation, collaborates with auditors, improves accounting procedures, and designs and tests SOX financial controls. It also leads special projects, applies advanced GAAP and regulatory knowledge, and mentors Accountant and Senior Accountant associates.

Leads the strategic evolution of Lowe’s Media Network measurement capabilities, including roadmap ownership, methodology development, measurement systems, data pipelines, reporting platforms, and advertiser insights. Partners with Product, Technology, Data, Client Insights, and Media Planning teams to scale solutions across channels and advertiser segments. Develops measurement strategies, external-facing collateral, and frameworks while identifying capability gaps, improving workflows, democratizing data access, and leveraging automation.

Investigates, evaluates, and resolves complex personal injury, product liability, and property damage claims. Determines liability and compensability, interviews claimants and witnesses, reviews evidence, negotiates settlements, manages claim costs, prepares reports, pursues subrogation, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Acts as an escalation point and supports team training while collaborating with store operations, human resources, and loss prevention.
