Plans and executes digital campaigns, events, and promotions across Lowe’s digital ecosystem. Tracks timelines, budgets, performance metrics, and key results; builds reports using analytics platforms; evaluates customer experience data; and recommends testing, optimization, and process improvements. Partners with Marketing, Digital Production, and Digital Commerce teams to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

Manages financial analysis and cost optimization efforts, evaluating supplier cost changes, commodities, tariffs, freight, labor, and other cost drivers. Manages financial analysts, partners with senior executives and finance centers of expertise, develops long-range and annual operating plans, evaluates risks and opportunities, and communicates financial insights to senior management and the Board. Oversees enterprise financial processes, performance measurement, talent development, and continuous process improvement.

Translates business needs into analytic designs, dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations for Pro & Services. Gathers requirements, analyzes multiple data sources, develops SQL and Power BI solutions, presents insights to leadership, and independently leads reporting, analytics, automation, and documentation projects.

Leads Lowe’s internal Enterprise Business Solutions function, helping executives resolve complex cross-functional business challenges. Converts enterprise performance data into prioritized initiatives, frames ambiguous problems, designs and tests solutions, and establishes OKRs, scorecards, and decision cadences to drive accountability. Oversees multidisciplinary engagements, pilots, and implementation while building scalable consulting methods, talent pipelines, and leadership capabilities.

Leads digital brand performance for Lowe’s online channel by analyzing customer behavior, sales, conversion, assortment, fulfillment, pricing, content, and competitive data. Partners with suppliers, merchants, and cross-functional teams to optimize online experiences, develop strategic plans, resolve SKU and system issues, improve digital execution, and drive brand growth. Provides reporting and insights to senior leaders, leads presentations and projects, and mentors new team members.

Serves as strategic communications counsel to senior executives, developing and executing integrated internal and external communications plans. Leads enterprise messaging, formal employee communications, multimedia delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and special communications initiatives. Ensures communications align with business strategy, are delivered on time and within budget, and appropriately address employee needs. May supervise a small team and handle confidential company information.

Partners with business leaders to diagnose organizational and employee issues, lead talent and workforce planning, coach leaders, support performance and engagement initiatives, manage change, and collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver strategic HR programs and solutions.
