Deep contact-center architecture and Cisco/Webex expertise are emphasized.

Support and implement IS applications for AP Contracts within a multi-facility healthcare organization. Analyze user requirements, develop and implement systems, manage small-to-moderately complex projects, coordinate project teams, provide direction and training, and ensure schedule and solution delivery. Maintain Epic accreditation and support operational needs across Providence locations.
