Supports the OCTO Executive Office by translating leadership priorities into execution plans, operating rhythms, decision forums, and cross-functional programs. Oversees complex portfolios, develops multi-year strategies, manages cross-functional teams, and coaches senior sellers and account leaders while strengthening succession and organizational capabilities.

Manages strategic customer accounts, develops and executes account plans, drives Microsoft revenue and solution adoption, and leads digital transformation engagements. Builds executive relationships, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinates internal teams and partners, addresses customer risks, and presents value propositions aligned with customer business objectives. Work with customers and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions.
