Designs and implements secure Azure Government and hybrid-cloud foundations for regulated customers. Responsibilities include landing zones, identity, networking, security, automation, migrations, Kubernetes readiness, monitoring, disaster recovery, and approved AI workloads. Leads customer engagements from discovery through operational handoff, coordinates delivery risks and escalations, supports compliance and authorization processes, and validates government-cloud service availability across Azure Government, GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Own the networking architecture and roadmap for AKS Flex and Unbounded, enabling secure, reliable, high-performance Kubernetes connectivity across sites, clouds, edge environments, and on-premises infrastructure. Design overlay and underlay networks, routing, encrypted tunnels, eBPF dataplanes, and distributed systems for high-latency and partitioned environments. Integrate InfiniBand and RDMA for AI workloads, lead cross-team architecture efforts, improve global fleet performance and reliability, and participate in production operations and on-call rotations.

Leads Windows category strategy across retail, OEM, silicon, and channel partners. Owns P&L, assortment, programs, investments, unit growth, market share, and business performance across North America.
