Builds customer relationships, gathers voice-of-customer insights, represents LG at industry events, and collaborates with product management, R&D, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders to drive project delivery and business growth.

Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation programs, including plan setup, eligibility, calculations, payouts, reconciliations, reporting, and audits. The role investigates discrepancies, supports plan changes, and partners with HR, Sales, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business leaders. It also improves and automates compensation processes, integrates CRM, HRIS, payroll, and ERP data, develops controls and dashboards, supports system implementations, and translates business requirements into scalable technology and reporting solutions.

Drive sales growth for LG IT solutions across the Central Region through consultative selling, territory planning, account development, and partner collaboration. Build enterprise and commercial customer relationships, manage opportunities from discovery through close, coordinate pricing and forecasting, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and achieve revenue and sales objectives. The role involves executive engagement, customer presentations, trade shows, and approximately 70–75% regional travel.

This role drives strategic partnerships with property management and builders, overseeing business development, customer engagement, pilot management, and sales cycles for LG's connected appliance offerings.
