Lead the enterprise organizational change management strategy for Honeywell’s SAP S/4HANA transformation. Supports global export and sanctions compliance through restricted-party screening, export transaction reviews, SAP GTS hold resolution, compliance documentation, audit support, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. The role investigates screening alerts, evaluates potential sanctions matches, maintains records, supports system testing and master-data corrections, and helps ensure transactions comply with EAR, ITAR, OFAC, international sanctions, and company policies.

Analyzes supply chain and SAP S/4HANA planning data to improve planning accuracy, inventory levels, material availability, and supply chain decisions.
