Lead exploration and design of a native token and governance for the Arc network: define tokenomics, model incentives and staking, operationalize onchain/offchain governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage the community.

Lead and manage Circle's KYC team overseeing B2B onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews. Ensure SLA adherence, audit readiness, and high-quality risk memos.
