Design and implement runtime protocols, formats, and systems to capture, serialize, stream, and replay interactive 3D content across engines. Lead Unity’s audience insights capability by designing continuous research programs, setting methodologies and precision standards, managing research vendors and budgets, and owning perception tracking. Present clear findings and recommendations to senior leadership, challenge assumptions, and develop frameworks measuring developer and customer goodwill, strategic understanding, and internal trust. Lead a software engineering team supporting Unity on an Android-based device ecosystem. Own execution and technical strategy, optimize Unity runtime performance through benchmarking and analysis, collaborate with engine, platform, graphics, product, and external teams, and communicate progress and vision.
