Translate architectures into business value, collaborate with account teams, develop strategic partnerships, and own pipeline, quota attainment, and customer outcomes.

The role also mentors account specialists and frequently travels to meet customers.

Role involves frequent travel and intensive Kubernetes/OpenShift training.

Provides proactive technical and architectural guidance to enterprise partners implementing Red Hat Enterprise Linux solutions. Builds partner relationships, conducts technical reviews, troubleshoots and escalates incidents, advises on Red Hat products and cloud technologies, documents use cases, presents operational reviews, and coordinates with Engineering, Product Management, and Support. The role also develops solution patterns, mentors team members, and supports container, virtualization, automation, and cloud adoption. Regional travel to partner visits and events may be required.

Lead telco architecture engagements for customers across product, engineering, and operations. Design cloud-native, virtualized, and automated solutions (OpenShift, Kubernetes, NFV, SDN, virtualization, storage, networking).
