The Software Engineer will support the Arkalytics platform by troubleshooting production issues, developing software enhancements and automation, investigating AWS application, database, and infrastructure problems, and performing root cause analysis. Responsibilities include improving monitoring, logging, alerting, reliability, and operational tooling; providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support; participating in on-call rotations, code reviews, documentation, and cross-functional customer issue resolution.
