Oversees transportation and logistics operations across assigned locations, including route reviews, site goal execution, warehouse and inventory coordination, safety compliance, staffing, communication, and team leadership. Coaches direct reports, supports succession planning, manages performance, and coordinates inventory movement and shift assignments. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, holiday, outdoor, and physically demanding work.

Perform visual and mechanical inspections of wholesale vehicles, document exterior/interior condition and features, capture photos of damage using mobile tools, and maintain accurate inventory records while frequently driving and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
