Support DR, monitoring/AIOps, security remediation, cost optimization, incident response, and runbook/documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and integrate acquired systems into cloud infrastructure while applying AI tooling to operations.

Support Sales and Insights by building ROI analyses, business cases, dashboards, and KPI reporting to recover retail deductions, enable upsells, and inform GTM strategy. Drive process improvements, surface operational insights, and handle sensitive revenue data to influence sales and product decisions.
