Manages high-volume and complex project invoicing, unbilled balances, accounts receivable tracking, collections, forecasting, and billing compliance. Requires extensive facility and industrial electrical design experience, medium-voltage expertise, PE licensure, and power system analysis proficiency.

Establishes recruiting standards, procedures, training, marketing materials, and reporting metrics such as time-to-hire.
