Manage post-sale relationships for digital and tech-touch customers by driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, advocacy, and measurable platform value. The role owns customer KPIs, resolves adoption barriers, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, supports product releases, develops process improvements, and identifies expansion opportunities. It also uses automation and AI to engage customers at scale while communicating customer needs to Product, Sales, R&D, and Operations.

Own technical success for an enterprise account portfolio: drive onboarding, support, enablement, and escalations; collaborate with Account, Product, and Engineering teams; communicate product gaps; document implementations; enable customers on best practices; participate in on-call pager rotation; and help shape the Technical Account Management function.

Outbound-focused BDR role responsible for prospecting new logos, building pipeline, making 20-40 outbound calls/day, qualifying inbound leads, handing off opportunities to sales, maintaining CRM (NetSuite), and collaborating on targeting strategies.
