Lead product positioning, messaging, packaging, and sales readiness for ITSM/ESM/PPM/ITAM, AI and automation solutions. Drive GTM execution, launch strategy, competitive playbooks, customer insights, and enablement content (training, playbooks, demos) to align product, marketing, and sales and accelerate pipeline.

Manage a large portfolio using tech-touch strategies to drive renewals, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities. Build automated outreach, analyze usage and health scores, coordinate cross-functional resources, and own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle.
