Standardize workflows across NAM, EMEA, and APAC; improve data integrity, reporting, automation, and PSA system adoption; forecast capacity and demand; manage subcontractor partnerships; and provide executives with utilization and talent distribution insights. Partner with delivery, finance, HR, and regional leaders to drive consistent global execution and operational efficiency.

Leads the lifecycle development and global launch of standardized Professional Services offerings. Partners with Product Management, Engineering, practice leaders, sales, and delivery teams to align services with product roadmaps, create deployment frameworks and delivery methodologies, standardize SOWs, and optimize the services portfolio based on customer outcomes, field feedback, utilization, and market trends.

Leads a Customer Resilience team supporting enterprise accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, growth, renewal, and escalations. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, account strategy, customer health oversight, renewal and adoption targets, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, executive escalation management, and reporting portfolio metrics to senior leadership.

Owns the post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, success planning, renewals, escalation management, executive communication, and customer advocacy. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors customer environments and trends, drives product usage and time to value, develops recommendations and RCA documents, and proactively improves customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
