Optimize PostgreSQL performance, evolve APIs (GraphQL/REST), build capacity planning and work-item hierarchies, create proofs of concept, maintain automated tests, support safe rollouts with feature flags and observability, mentor contributors, and participate in on-call and production troubleshooting.
