Own the Lead-to-Opportunity product domain across Salesforce and GTM systems. Manages GitLab for Nonprofits and GitLab for Education programs from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include building nonprofit and university partnerships, overseeing operations, improving processes, supporting technical implementation, managing communications and inquiries, tracking program performance, collaborating with Sales and Marketing, creating advocacy and storytelling resources, and researching social impact best practices.

Designs scalable, secure architectures for cloud and on-premises environments; deploys GitLab using Terraform, Ansible, and GET; and manages source-code and CI/CD migrations with Congregate. Provides DevOps and DevSecOps consulting, coordinates customers and partners, creates documentation and enablement materials, mentors consultants, and maintains tested automation assets.

Own the product direction for GitLab’s usage billing pipeline, including metering, aggregation, rating, and Zuora/CustomersDot integrations. Enable teams to launch credit-consuming capabilities across GitLab deployment models. Prioritize scalability, reliability, billing accuracy, defect remediation, and cost efficiency while coordinating with engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and go-to-market teams.
