The Director of Web Growth will own web-driven GMV and full-funnel economics across paid search, SEO, content, CRO, and experimentation. They will manage the paid search team, partner with Product and Engineering to improve conversion, establish SEO and content capabilities, build dashboards and operating cadences, and guide web-to-app strategy using CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and AOV.

Own the Payments & Checkout roadmap, improving checkout conversion, payment authorization, BNPL adoption, fraud-risk balance, vendor performance, and payment cost efficiency. The role leads campaign optimization, audience segmentation, experimentation, attribution and incrementality initiatives, privacy-focused measurement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Data, Product, and Creative teams.

Lead the development and production deployment of applied machine learning and LLM solutions across product, marketing, and operations. Own ranking, recommendation, filtering, personalization, experimentation, and model evaluation systems. Partner with business and technical teams to identify valuable use cases, establish modeling best practices, and ensure reliable production deployment. Manage and mentor applied ML practitioners while maintaining technical rigor, business alignment, and measurable customer and revenue impact.

Own mobile marketing analytics frameworks, dashboards, cohort and campaign analysis, profitability modeling, audience strategy, and incrementality experiments. Analyze attribution, retention, LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback, creative performance, and marketplace dynamics. Partner with marketing, finance, and leadership to guide spend allocation and growth decisions while navigating mobile privacy and attribution challenges.

Own and deliver major consumer-facing web and mobile features from technical design through experimentation and launch. Drive frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, testing, observability, and design-system standards. Build conversion-critical discovery, seat-selection, and checkout experiences, interpret A/B tests, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, backend, mobile, and platform teams.

Lead the long-term technical vision, architecture, performance, reliability, and release engineering for Gametime’s React Native mobile platform across iOS and Android. Drive cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, evaluate AI capabilities, improve observability and testing, and guide mobile roadmap decisions. The role requires deep React Native, TypeScript, native iOS and Android, mobile performance, CI/CD, testing, app distribution, and API integration expertise.
