Build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, present ROI-driven business cases, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal. Represent SOCi at customer events and serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing solutions.

Owns full-lifecycle recruiting for SOCi’s GTM teams, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Responsibilities include Greenhouse ATS administration, proactive sourcing, pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, candidate vetting, interview process management, and offer closing. The recruiter must evaluate sales performance, SaaS experience, quota attainment, deal complexity, and sales methodology fit while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
