Owns GTM operations from opportunity creation through renewal, including pipeline analytics, forecasting, Salesforce and Clari administration, AI-enabled workflow automation, data governance, customer handoffs, renewal processes, and partner operations. Builds trusted reporting, improves pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy, identifies deal and renewal risks, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Partnerships, and executives on commercial decision-making.

Own the data, analytics, systems, and AI-enabled workflows supporting the lead-to-opportunity funnel. Build reporting infrastructure, improve lead scoring and routing, administer Salesforce and sales engagement tools, operationalize targeting and SDR processes, and establish governance across data, automation, lifecycle definitions, and handoffs. The Sales Development Representative generates qualified pipeline through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Responsibilities include engaging decision-makers, qualifying inbound and outbound prospects, setting meetings, coordinating with account executives, maintaining Salesforce records, meeting pipeline targets, and improving messaging using performance data. The role also collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations while developing expertise in identity verification, biometrics, fraud prevention, and digital banking markets.

Develop and execute joint marketing plans with partners to drive demand, pipeline, revenue, and partner activation. Create enablement materials, messaging, playbooks, campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programs. Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing teams while measuring engagement, conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact. Optimize successful programs across partners and regions, support new partner launches, and influence internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
