Directs the company’s Loss Mitigation function, overseeing managers and specialists, operational performance, regulatory compliance, licensing, budgets, audits, training, reporting, and process improvements. Leads talent management, resolves escalated investor and compliance issues, ensures policies and procedures remain accurate, and coordinates system and workflow updates. The role manages 4–6 direct reports and 30–40 indirect reports while supporting mortgage default, loss mitigation, short sale, servicing, and regulatory activities.

Lead and manage network and systems teams to design, configure, secure, and maintain LAN/WAN, cloud, and telephony environments. Oversee firewalls, SASE/zero trust, monitoring, disaster recovery, audits (SSAE/SOX), large deployments, vendor troubleshooting, and user/network access management.
