Recruit, coach, and mentor AEs; drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and new logo ARR growth; partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success; join client meetings for key deals; identify product gaps and report team performance and forecasts to leadership.

Own enterprise sales for Webflow: prospect and build pipeline, drive full sales cycles, negotiate annual/multi-year SaaS contracts, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate cross-functionally (product, engineering, marketing, customer success), and travel up to 25% for onboarding and events.
