Leads global sales compensation design, administration, analytics, payouts, and non-standard deal strategy. Partners with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Legal, and Total Rewards to align incentive programs with business goals. Oversees compensation metrics, quota and capacity modeling, reporting, policies, enablement, and executive insights. Manages and develops a team responsible for sales compensation and deal strategy, including analysis of custom deal structures.

Leads Webflow’s external communications strategy, including company narratives, media relations, executive voice, thought leadership, crisis communications, and brand reputation. Partners with executives, customers, investors, marketing, product, social, and employer brand teams to amplify launches and company milestones. Manages PR agencies, develops media plans, builds journalist relationships, advises executives, and measures communications impact across earned and owned channels.

Own Webflow’s internal communications program, including company-wide announcements, editorial calendars, recurring communications, and major company events. Write executive messages, talking points, presentations, speeches, and employee communications. Support company and product announcements, organizational change communications, executive preparation, research, and special projects. Improve communications workflows and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Revenue, and Engineering.

Designs and operates batch, streaming, and real-time data platforms and pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Iceberg, Airflow, and cloud infrastructure. Owns data lake evolution, data quality, observability, reliability, governance, event instrumentation, schema management, and privacy controls for PII, retention, deletion, and residency. Leads complex initiatives end-to-end, troubleshoots production issues, mentors engineers, and develops AI agent harnesses that enforce data engineering standards and quality gates.

Execute and optimize full-funnel paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, including regional, brand, partner, and account-based programs. Build audiences, manage bids and budgets, run experiments, maintain campaign QA and UTM discipline, and report performance against CRM-sourced pipeline metrics using Salesforce and Tableau. The role requires independent execution, multi-region campaign management, and strong optimization judgment focused on pipeline outcomes.

Designs and owns Webflow’s foundational cloud and source-control infrastructure, including multi-account landing zones, networking, DNS, PKI, secrets, Infrastructure as Code, GitHub delivery pipelines, self-service hosting patterns, policy guardrails, observability, cost controls, and security baselines. Partners with SRE, security, and developer productivity teams to improve reliability, scalability, adoption, and performance while managing cloud vendors and tooling relationships.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Webflow's agentic AI surfaces (AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and underlying AI platform). Define quality metrics, guardrails, and evaluations for non-deterministic agent experiences. Balance developer-focused APIs/platforms with approachable creator UX, work closely with engineering/design/data, prototype and ship features (including contributing code), and adapt strategy as AI models and protocols evolve.

Lead multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces and AI platform. Align cross-functional teams, set quality standards and guardrails for non-deterministic agent experiences, serve both developers and creators, prototype and ship product improvements (including contributing code), and mentor PMs while measuring and iterating on outcomes.
