Own and run the monthly release program for Toast IQ: set platform-readiness standards, manage technical dependencies and risk, coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and naming, instrument launch health and reporting, and establish governance and rhythms that scale multi-team agent launches.

Lead the strategic vision, architecture, development, security, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Toast’s ServiceNow platform supporting over 7,000 users. Manage technical roadmaps, integrations, automation, AI capabilities, performance, and technical debt while translating business needs into scalable solutions. Lead and mentor an engineering team, oversee ServiceNow modules and workflows, manage stakeholder priorities, and enforce platform best practices, service levels, and security standards.

Own and operate Toast’s enterprise data governance program, including data domain ownership, governance council coordination, policy compliance, business glossary management, metadata standards, catalog adoption, maturity assessments, and data literacy training. The role partners with business stakeholders, data stewards, catalog teams, and leadership to improve data trust, compliance, discoverability, and quality. It requires governance, metadata, SQL, data catalog, program management, and workshop facilitation experience.

Serve as strategic HR partner to G&A senior leaders, leading org design and restructures, driving performance calibration, using data and AI tools to surface org health risks, and translating people strategy into measurable outcomes across global, high-growth teams.
