Lead end-to-end product design for a core product area, from user research and problem framing through polished, developer-ready experiences. Improve relevance, latency, and reliability, integrate AI/LLMs into discovery and ranking, and drive delivery from roadmap through incidents and production operations.

The role involves prospecting and qualifying mid-market opportunities in real estate, reaching out to decision-makers, creating meetings for account executives, and building a sales pipeline.
