The Senior Strategic Account Manager will manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through renewals and upselling AI products, while building relationships with C-suite stakeholders and leading strategic planning and negotiations.

Serve as the technical lead in enterprise sales: design demos, build proofs-of-concept using JavaScript/Node and REST APIs, translate requirements into AI-driven workflows, differentiate Gladly in evaluations, and support cross-functional handoffs and expansion.
