Develops portfolio dashboards, executive scorecards, status reports, and value-realization reporting. Facilitates prioritization, sequencing, investment, and trade-off decisions across cross-functional teams, while establishing governance standards, intake processes, reporting routines, and transformation operating rhythms.

Provides technical product support to global capital markets clients using proprietary document management, composition, and print workflow systems. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring accounts and templates, troubleshooting data and formatting issues, resolving or escalating technical problems, training clients, preparing documentation, supporting upgrades and UAT testing, and providing product feedback. Requires third-shift availability, weekend and holiday work, strong communication and organization, and 5–6 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
