Leads DISCO’s machine learning research strategy, directs advanced algorithm and methodology development, oversees large-scale research programs, and manages research teams. Collaborates with industry partners and cross-functional stakeholders to apply machine learning to real-world challenges. Develops long-term research plans, mentors researchers, optimizes research processes, and contributes to the broader research community through publications, presentations, and industry engagement.

Drives revenue growth in the legal technology and eDiscovery SaaS market by managing an assigned territory, developing strategic sales plans, acquiring new business, and expanding existing accounts. The role includes meeting sales quotas, consultative selling, account planning, forecasting, CRM maintenance, and presenting value propositions to legal industry customers.

Serve as a domain expert advising law firms and corporate legal teams on litigation and eDiscovery efficiency. Lead operational discoveries, build quantitative business cases, design industry playbooks, and feed client insights into product, marketing, and sales to demonstrate DISCOs value and improve profitability and efficiency.

Manages moderate-to-high complexity eDiscovery matters from kickoff through closeout, serving as the primary client contact. Designs review workflows, administers databases, handles advanced searches, batching, productions, analytics, and GenAI functionality. Resolves technical challenges, mitigates delivery risks, provides status reporting and client training, and translates customer feedback into product and engineering improvements. Guides associate project managers and manages multiple fast-paced projects.
