As a Staff Product Analyst, you'll define analytics strategies, build measurement infrastructure, design experiments, and partner with product teams to boost self-serve conversion and product adoption.

Analyze and characterize conversational audio data, identify underrepresented areas, and build active-learning and human-in-the-loop workflows. Develop representative benchmarks, automate model adaptation, and create reusable data analysis and scoring systems. Research Staff will develop foundational voice AI technologies, including low-bitrate neural audio codecs, steerable speech generation, disentangled audio representations, latent recombination, synthetic audio data generation, and multimodal speech-to-speech models. The role also involves designing scalable architectures, training methods, and inference algorithms optimized for hardware, billion-hour datasets, and real-time deployment. Candidates need strong mathematical foundations, foundation-model expertise, large-scale data pipeline experience, rigorous experimentation skills, deployment optimization knowledge, and publications or open-source contributions in speech or language AI.

Lead Deepgram's demand-generation function end-to-end: set strategy, build an AI-native repeatable demand system, run integrated performance campaigns (paid, web, events, field), partner with Sales and RevOps to convert leads to revenue, hire and grow a high-performing team, and establish attribution and reporting that ties spend to pipeline and revenue.

Take Deepgram's speech models and optimize, compile, and run them on resource-constrained embedded and edge hardware. Work across model compression, runtime performance (C/C++/Rust), RTOS/bare-metal and embedded Linux environments, vendor NPUs/DSPs and inference runtimes, benchmarking, deployment pipelines, OTA updates, and partner with silicon vendors to enable real-time, low-power on-device voice experiences.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CMO: manage and optimize calendar, run marketing leadership cadence, design Human+AI workflows to automate admin, coordinate cross-functional programs, handle complex travel and same-day expenses, protect confidential information, and proactively remove operational friction to keep leadership focused on strategic work.

The Research Engineer will collaborate with scientists to develop and validate machine learning models for speech technologies, manage scalable training systems, and design tools for accessibility to non-technical users.
