Own full-cycle global recruiting for senior, hard-to-fill technical roles across Research, Engineering, and Product. Build proactive sourcing strategies, define role scope and interview plans with hiring managers, evaluate technical depth for AI-native products, deliver excellent candidate experience across time zones, use funnel metrics to improve hiring velocity, and collaborate with People Ops, Legal, and Finance to scale compliant international hiring.

Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads, prioritize and nurture prospects, hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives, partner with Marketing/Sales Ops/Sales Engineers, identify speech-recognition use cases, articulate Deepgram's value proposition, and help build a pipeline to meet quarterly sales targets.

Own end-to-end renewal negotiations for strategic, high-value consumption-based accounts. Forecast usage-driven renewals, build pricing and packaging, defend value with data, identify expansion opportunities, and quarterback cross-functional deal strategy to prevent churn and capture growth.
