Build and own end-to-end full-stack systems for AI-powered agentic trading across web and React Native mobile. Implement real-time, low-latency UIs and Go backend services, integrate streaming AI/ML features and market data, drive architecture and code quality, and collaborate with AI/ML, design, and product teams to ship production-ready features used by millions.

Drive cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams, translate regulatory obligations into prioritized roadmaps, ensure launch readiness, manage risks and trade-offs, realize automation-driven efficiency gains, maintain governance and reporting, and author Director/VP-level decision documents.

Own exception management and operational readiness for listed derivatives and crypto products. Lead UAT, playbooks, cutovers, monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and automation while partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Accounting.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Coinbase retail trading products, translating complex instruments into customer-first positioning. Own launches, audience and channel strategy, creative briefs, and measurement. Drive volume via growth and CRM partnerships, design engagement and win-back programs, run experiments, and deliver metric-driven recommendations to product and marketing leadership.

Lead product vision and multi-year strategy for developer infrastructure across the code lifecycle. Own roadmap for CI/CD, release automation, testing, deployments, and production readiness; drive migrations to simplify systems, measure quality with scorecards, partner with Engineering/SRE/Security, and integrate emerging (AI) capabilities to improve developer velocity and reliability.

Build and own end-to-end compliance data pipelines and models (case, alert, entity, transaction, risk features). Ensure data quality, monitoring, lineage, and audit-ready documentation. Partner with Compliance and engineering to close upstream gaps, improve detection signal quality, and implement measurement frameworks and reporting for control effectiveness.
