Processes payroll settlements and on-demand payments in clients’ Workday applications. Maintains support documentation, manages daily control reports, handles treasury exceptions, and provides customer service to multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, data analysis, and knowledge of payroll tax regulations in outsourced environments.

Provide payroll administration and customer support for assigned Workday customers: manage casework within SLAs, troubleshoot audits and W-2 processes, lead quarterly customer touchpoints, recommend improvements, and maintain service documentation to meet quality and production targets.
