Builds and leads Stord’s go-to-market enablement program, including new-hire bootcamp, ongoing training, certifications, playbooks, battlecards, and content for sales, account management, solutions consulting, and partners. Owns readiness programs, ramp-time benchmarks, certification tracking, content adoption, competitive positioning, and enablement ROI. Partners with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and GTM Strategy & Operations to support verticalized selling and product expansion motions.

Leads Stord’s go-to-market strategy and operations organization, owning sales and marketing operations, revenue processes, territory design, forecasting, CRM infrastructure, account segmentation, partnerships, enablement, and customer handoffs. Builds the operational framework for scaling revenue from $1B to $2B+, while developing GTM engineering capabilities, AI-powered workflows, and repeatable automations. Partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.

Build and lead Stord’s Account Management function from scratch, owning renewals, retention, expansion, and add-on product sales across a $1B+ customer book. Hire and develop a vertically organized team, define territories and compensation, establish forecasting and account-health metrics, and create expansion playbooks. Partner with Customer Experience, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to manage executive relationships, improve gross retention and net revenue retention, and drive fulfillment, parcel, and commerce product growth.

Build production-grade test automation infrastructure across API, integration, end-to-end, contract, regression, load, and performance testing. Develop Playwright suites, integrate automated tests with GitHub Actions release gates, create AI-assisted test generation workflows, maintain coverage dashboards, reduce flakiness, and establish performance-testing frameworks. Partner with engineers and product managers to define coverage, acceptance criteria, performance thresholds, and quality standards across the organization.

Lead technical programs for Stord Labs, managing experiments from hypothesis through physical testing, validation, pilots, and network deployment. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, warehouse teams, vendors, AI partners, and academic institutions. Own innovation roadmaps, systems integration, pilot execution, scaling playbooks, strategic partnerships, and executive alignment across robotics, AI, warehouse automation, and fulfillment technology initiatives.

Lead end-to-end product design for consumer-facing commerce experiences, including subscription portals, international checkout, order tracking, and post-purchase journeys. Conduct mixed-methods research, create responsive high-fidelity prototypes, optimize conversion and satisfaction, and shape product roadmaps through evidence-based design. Partner with product and engineering teams, steward design systems, champion accessibility, mentor designers, and improve team practices while using AI tools to accelerate iteration.

Lead Stord’s enterprise security function and build its long-term strategy, governance, operations, engineering, application and cloud security capabilities. Own NIST, SOC 2 and ISO programs, 24/7 detection and response, incident management, M&A security integration, secure product development, penetration testing, customer trust, business continuity and disaster recovery. Lead the security team, MDR partnership, executive and board communications, AI governance, and security readiness for international growth, acquisitions and potential public-market scrutiny.

Owns marketing operations, pipeline analysis, attribution, lead routing, HubSpot administration, and Salesforce alignment. Builds reporting and attribution models, manages funnel conversion and marketing automation, maintains data quality, and recommends improvements to pipeline generation. Partners with Marketing, Sales, SDR, and executive leadership to measure campaign performance, improve lead management, and support forecasting and GTM reviews.

Corporate Counsel will support commercial contracting across sales, partnerships, vendors, and logistics relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements, maintaining contract playbooks and negotiation guardrails, developing contract management infrastructure, advising business teams on deal structure and risk, and improving legal processes. The role requires practical legal judgment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with legal technology, AI-assisted contract review, and CLM platforms.
