Own and scale Sapio Sciences’ end-to-end talent acquisition function across Sapio and Sigmatic Sciences. Develop recruiting strategy, lead critical senior searches, partner with executives and hiring managers, strengthen employer brand and candidate experience, and administer Lever ATS. Establish recruiting metrics, improve workflows, support multi-geography hiring, and ensure efficient, equitable, compliant recruiting practices.

Owns the global sales strategy and revenue performance for Sigmatic Sciences across new business, expansion, and retention. The role leads distributed sales and scientific liaison teams, establishes account-planning and forecasting processes, manages strategic enterprise deals, and partners with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The leader will build scalable sales playbooks, coach the team, engage executive buyers, represent the company externally, and sell lab-in-the-loop and AI-enabled solutions to scientific and enterprise customers.

Manage top-of-funnel outbound for Sapio Sciences: build prospect lists, run multi-touch outreach, lead consultative discovery calls, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, qualify opportunities for AEs, and feed market intelligence to Marketing and Product.

Own the outward-facing product narrative for Sapio’s lab informatics platform, including positioning, messaging, demonstrations, and go-to-market strategy. Engage prospective customers, partners, executives, and industry audiences while translating ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows into compelling value propositions. Partner with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams on customer insights, RFPs, proof-of-concepts, conferences, webinars, and strategic account support. Bring deep life sciences software knowledge, strong product marketing instincts, and executive-level communication skills.
