The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, vendor payments, cash matching, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. The role maintains accounting records and workpapers in accordance with GAAP, supports member contracts and billing accuracy, documents internal controls, responds to internal requests, and assists with accounting projects. Strong Excel, ERP, analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities for franchise business segment including journal entries, bank reconciliations, GL ownership, account reconciliations, internal controls documentation, ERP data analysis, and support for internal stakeholders and ad-hoc projects.

Lead the Collision business segment across multiple brands, owning strategy, P&L, operations, marketing, franchise relations, and talent development. Drive unit growth, franchisee success, insurance partnerships, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the business across North America.
