Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expense arrangements, executive communications, document preparation, action-item tracking, confidential information handling, and special projects. Serves as a liaison among executives, employees, healthcare providers, vendors, and other stakeholders while proactively resolving scheduling and administrative issues.

Provides administrative and operational support through calendar and meeting coordination, document preparation, data entry, records maintenance, communications, reporting, invoice and expense processing, onboarding support, and office administration. The role works with internal teams and healthcare partners, maintains confidential information and HIPAA compliance, manages competing priorities, and supports meetings, projects, events, travel, and day-to-day business workflows.

Performs accurate data entry, record updates, verification, reconciliation, document management, data cleanup, and administrative support. Handles patient, provider, practice, and operational information while maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA, privacy, security, and data-handling procedures. Identifies and corrects discrepancies, maintains electronic files and databases, supports reports and spreadsheets, meets productivity and deadline expectations, and collaborates with internal healthcare and operations teams.
