Own go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for Numa’s AI dealership product suite. Develop positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, target segmentation, sales and customer success enablement, and repeatable launch processes. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, use the product, translate technical AI capabilities for varied audiences, track organizational readiness, and create scripts or automations to improve execution. The role requires strong technical fluency, writing, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort building structure in an evolving environment.

Serve as a strategic advisor to automotive dealership leadership, connecting Numa’s AI platform to profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Lead executive QBRs, develop 90-day engagement plans, translate performance data into actionable insights, and drive retention and expansion. Build trusted relationships with dealership GMs, manage multiple accounts, collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales, and travel onsite as needed.

Own and grow relationships with major automotive OEM partners, including Ford, GM, and Stellantis. The role manages executive relationships, program health, dealer enrollment, adoption, account expansion, RFP responses, business reviews, forecasting, and partnership execution. It requires enterprise account management or sales experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers, strong project management and communication skills, CRM discipline, and approximately 50% travel to Detroit and Dearborn.

Drives regional revenue growth by acquiring new dealership customers, expanding existing accounts, managing the sales pipeline, conducting consultative demonstrations, and serving as a trusted advisor. Develops territory strategy, prospects decision-makers, manages complex sales cycles, forecasts in CRM systems, collaborates cross-functionally, and travels regularly for onsite meetings and industry events.
