The Customer Success Lead improves customer value realization, satisfaction, and retention by analyzing receivables data, reducing Days Sales Outstanding, and increasing Net Loyalty Scores. The role develops customer engagement strategies, maintains relationships across customer organizations, communicates insights to stakeholders, collaborates on continuous improvement, and recommends tools for operational and exception management.

Analyzes and processes claims, credit holds, customer orders, rebates, material flows, and supply chain activities. Develops data-driven omnichannel marketing strategies, analyzes campaign KPIs, troubleshoots platform issues, and collaborates with marketing, IT, sales, and divisional teams. The role requires technical Salesforce expertise, creative and design sensibility, strong analytics, and cross-functional communication.

Leads B2B ecommerce strategy, digital application adoption, customer experience, online sales growth, and Caterpillar Digital Excellence initiatives. Manages ecommerce applications, product listings, analytics, marketing campaigns, UX improvements, user acceptance testing, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal, OEM, and dealer teams. Reports performance insights to leadership and recommends strategies to improve customer adoption, retention, and online parts sales.

Supports FP&A leadership through budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, dashboards, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business recommendations. Reviews financial statements, supports month- and year-end close, identifies cost trends and operational drivers, and assists with internal controls. Partners with operations to improve processes, develop roadmaps, implement changes, and support training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads the strategy, governance, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of company benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, leave, and fringe benefits. Manages vendors, renewals, annual enrollment, audits, regulatory filings, employee communications, operational metrics, and cross-functional projects. Serves as the benefits subject matter expert and escalation point while using data, automation, and process improvement to enhance employee experience, compliance, cost management, and service delivery.

Designs, costs, documents, and supports automated warehouse systems from concept through system acceptance. Partners with account managers, customers, project managers, OEMs, vendors, and service teams to develop technical solutions involving conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, AMRs, controls, and software integrations. Owns system requirements, technical documentation, testing, commissioning, issue resolution, vendor accountability, project constraints, and customer communication.

Administers enterprise benefits programs, leave and disability plans, retirement benefits, wellness programs, and employee inquiries. Supports onboarding, HRIS maintenance, open enrollment testing, billing, compliance, employee records, vendor issue resolution, reporting, and HR communications. Requires benefits administration experience, strong analytical and communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
