Leads and administers a contracted effort at contractor and government sites, serving as the primary government interface for technical and program issues. Oversees contract execution, manages program resources, and supports customer and organizational communications. The role requires extensive experience, knowledge of Foreign Military Sales, NAVAIR support, Microsoft and project-management software, a graduate degree or approved substitution, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Examines budget estimates for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, and analyzes budgeting and accounting reports. The role supports financial management activities for defense programs, including cost estimates, program status reporting, budget execution, procurement policies, and financial systems. It requires independent work, strong communication skills, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

The role supports Department of Defense and Navy financial management activities, including cost estimates, program status reporting, PPBE processes, procurement policies, Foreign Military Sales documentation, and obligation and expenditure planning. Develops cost estimates and program status reports while supporting financial management, budgeting, procurement, and obligation and expenditure planning. The role requires extensive DoD and Department of the Navy financial experience, familiarity with FMR, FAR, PPBE, NAVAIR, Foreign Military Sales, and related financial systems. It requires an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Performs program and project management analysis involving objectives, requirements, budgets, schedules, status tracking, business cases, and acquisition data for aircraft, weapons, and product programs. Applies government processes for documentation, change control, and data management while communicating with staff, customers, and organizational stakeholders.

Supports defense acquisition programs by drafting milestone documentation, acquisition plans, strategy reports, procurement documents, funding documents, performance work statements, CDRLs, and baseline agreements. Assesses program procedures and documentation for compliance with DoD and SECNAV directives, contracts, specifications, and mission requirements. Prepares reports, briefs, correspondence, and meeting materials while supporting government and contractor stakeholders.
