Manage end-to-end billing and revenue operations, including invoicing, collections, revenue reconciliation, trend analysis, reporting, process improvement, and internal controls. Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align billing with contracts and delivered services, resolve discrepancies, improve collections, and provide trusted revenue insights to leadership.

Leads the creation and execution of an enterprise sales program, including strategy, process development, large-account acquisition, executive relationship management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
