Administers multi-state payroll, employee benefits, and compensation programs. Responsibilities include payroll processing and reconciliation, benefits enrollments and compliance, compensation cycle support, HR reporting, employee inquiry resolution, vendor coordination, audits, and maintaining confidential employee records. The role also supports regulatory filings, open enrollment, salary reviews, market benchmarking, and process improvements.

Serves as the primary contact for customer questions, concerns, orders, and service issues. Processes incoming calls, emails, and orders accurately; monitors order reports, inventory, and delivery risks; and coordinates with Sales, Production Planning, Distribution, and manufacturing teams. Maintains customer communication, manages expectations, escalates risks, and supports positive customer relationships through professional, empathetic service.
