Develops commercial construction-industry business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, site visits, consultations, proposals, negotiations, and full-cycle sales. Builds relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and property managers; presents technical foundation repair solutions; manages pipelines and CRM records; meets sales targets; and supports post-sale installation. The role is approximately 70% road-based and requires strong communication, technical understanding, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Conduct in-home inspections within an assigned territory, diagnose foundation and water-management issues, educate homeowners, recommend solutions, prepare repair estimates and proposals, close sales, and manage customer relationships and sales pipelines. The role uses company-generated leads, requires reliable transportation, and includes mandatory three-week regional training with travel accommodations.
