Leads regional sales strategy and execution for the Advanced Insulation business, driving revenue, profitability, channel performance, and market share. Manages, coaches, and develops sales professionals; builds key-account relationships; develops forecasts, budgets, pricing strategies, and customized sales programs; analyzes market and competitor trends; coordinates internal resources; and communicates customer needs to business leaders. The role is remote, ideally based east of the Mississippi, and requires 60% overnight travel.
