Manage strategic enterprise and mid-market SaaS merchants, serving as a consultative partner and product expert. Own renewal strategy, drive platform adoption, demonstrate ROI, resolve escalations, facilitate business reviews, track portfolio metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, expansion, and merchant outcomes.

Provides technical customer support to online merchants through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls. Troubleshoots issues, gathers context, escalates bugs to engineering, identifies trends, and recommends improvements. The role also contributes to documentation, best practices, incident reporting, and merchant product expertise while collaborating within a remote swarm-support model.

Build scalable data pipelines, ELT processes, infrastructure, and dimensional data models supporting internal analytics and customer-facing data products. Implement data quality monitoring, auditing, alerting, warehouse optimization, and governed semantic layers for AI and LLM-enabled analytics. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, improve data processes using AI, and deliver reliable metrics from diverse data sources.

Manage a book of 50–70 growth-stage merchants to drive retention, product adoption, and expansion. Conduct business reviews and success plans, use data and health signals to prioritize work, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and resolve product/support issues to achieve measurable merchant outcomes.

Provide technical support to merchants using the Recharge subscription platform: troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, communicate clearly, escalate bugs to engineering with context, use Intercom and ticketing tools, make occasional outbound calls, and contribute to team goals while working shift-based West Coast hours.
