Leads customer experience operations, strategy, workflows, and escalation management for major accounts. Oversees customer journey improvements, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention initiatives while coordinating between Commercial and Operations teams. Owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, contract negotiation, and closing. Supports onboarding, manages account deliverables, meets volume commitments, develops territory strategy, and represents OnTrac at industry events and customer meetings. The role requires strategic thinking, executive communication, complex-sales experience, and extensive travel.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and administers vendor, customer, NDA, service, licensing, and other business contracts. Ensures legal and policy compliance, mitigates contractual risk, collaborates with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations, manages contract repositories and lifecycle processes, develops templates and playbooks, and supports audits, performance monitoring, and reporting.
