Assists with apartment community operations, leasing and marketing performance, rent posting, reporting, resident requests, retention initiatives, supplies, and staff hiring, training, scheduling, and recommendations. Requires at least two years of apartment industry experience, knowledge of RealPage/LRO and OneSite or similar systems, strong customer service skills, and preferably bilingual ability. Background screening and drug testing are required.
