Contribute to civil and site plan production, construction plan documents, and technical drawings for private land development projects. Work with an engineering design team while gaining practical experience in civil engineering, conceptual design, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include applying design skills, collaborating with teammates, and developing proficiency with industry tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam.

Leads the PMO team and oversees complex engineering programs and utility project portfolios. Develops project management processes, standards, reporting tools, metrics, and controls while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability targets. Mentors project managers and engineering staff, supports financial forecasting and invoicing, manages client relationships and negotiations, conducts project reviews, and contributes to proposals and business development.
